Chef Alain Ducasse is one of few chef to own three Michelin starred restaurants simultaneously and shares a high interest for Indian cuisine

Recently chef Alain Ducasse visited India for the opening of an École Ducasse in association with the Indian of Hospitality (ISH) in Gurugram. As he said, India is a country where the food culture matters and is a source of inspiration for more sustainable cuisine. India is full of opportunities for vegan food with the promotion of a plant-based diet. Chef Alain Ducasse already opened restaurants which offer the possibility to savour an almost 100% vegetable cuisine.
